Current Session Availability

Here’s a list of available session slots, including fixed and flexible options. Choose what session suits you best and then contact me with your preference. We will then arrange your free phone consultation and book your first session. 

• Option 1 - Flexible and Ad-hoc - Flexible sessions may be suitable for people who have have flexible diaries or do not require a fixed regular appointment time. Each week, you'll be provided with all of the available session slots for the following week to choose from without any fixed commitment. (Currently Fully Booked)
